Terms & Conditions

To secure an appointment, a £20 deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after three (3) days have lapsed from the date of contract signing. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit is received.  

Timing and Scheduling

Each makeup application typically requires 60 to 90 minutes per person. Please plan your booking accordingly to ensure ample time for all services. 

Additional makeup requests beyond what is outlined in the contract will be accommodated at the discretion of the makeup artist and only if time permits.

It is essential that everyone scheduled for makeup services is available at their designated appointment time to avoid any disruptions. For groups, all makeup services must take place at the same location, with appointments scheduled consecutively without any gaps between them.

For a date to be secured, a signed contract is required with a 50% deposit due at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after three (3) days have lapsed from the date of contract signing. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit is received.  

UK Travel  

A travel fee will apply to cover transportation to and from the required location.
Personal Transport:

• Travel Under 10 Miles: A flat fee of £15 will be charged for any journey under 10 miles.
• Travel Between 10-20 Miles: A flat fee of £30 will be charged for any journey between 10 and 20 miles.
•  Travel Over 20 Miles: For journeys over 20 miles, the travel fee will be calculated based on the specific location and distance. This fee will be provided upon inquiry and must be agreed upon prior to booking. 

Public Transport: If public transport is used, the fare for the round trip (e.g., train/tube, bus, coach, taxi) will be included in the final bill. 

International Travel 

For international bookings, the client is responsible for covering all related expenses, including:

• Transportation: This includes flights (with check-in luggage), trains, and any other forms of transport to the destination.
• Accommodation: If accommodation is required, it must be provided and include breakfast for any overnight stay.
• On-Ground Travel: The client must cover all necessary travel while abroad, including transportation between the airport, hotel, and event locations.

• Deposits can be paid by bank transfer and will be deducted from your final bill. 
• The final balance is due 7 days prior to the event date – no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the contract.
• If the event date is within 7 days from the initial enquiry, full payment is required at the time of booking to be confirmed.

A late fee of £15.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds the allotted time because of client delays.

• Trial Cancellations: The client can cancel a trial at any point; however, a trial canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the agreed rate.
• Wedding Day Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no later than 28 days prior to your reserved date. If a cancellation is made within 28 days of the wedding date, the client will be responsible for the full payment of the services agreed upon in their contract.

Please note:

• Any payments made up until the point of cancellation are non-refundable.
• The client will not be liable for any additional payments beyond what has already been paid.
• The makeup artist will not be obligated to refund any amounts paid prior to the cancellation.

If your booking includes makeup services for five (5) or more bridesmaids, a makeup assistant may be required to ensure that all services are completed on time. An additional fee will be charged to cover the assistant's services. This rate will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation and will be included in the final contract.
